CICC Unit Issues RMB 2 Billion in Medium-Term Bonds

China International Capital's (SHA:601995, HKG:3908) subsidiary, CICC Hong Kong Finance, has issued 2 billion yuan in medium-term bonds maturing in two years, according to a Friday filing on the Shanghai bourse.

The bond has a coupon rate of 1.9% and is backed by a 2.08 billion yuan guarantee by CICC.

Proceeds from the bond will be used to pay debts and to fund general corporate purposes.
