Yangzijiang Maritime Development (SGX:8YZ) re-designated its chief investment officer, Sun Jianping, as its chief financial officer, effective March 20, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the maritime financial services company were down nearly 2% in Thursday trading.
This comes after the resignation of the company's financial controller on March 18, the filing said.
