Kingsway Financial Services (KFS) said Monday its board appointed Adam J. Patinkin as chairman.
Patinkin will succeed Terence Kavanagh, who will remain on the board as its vice-chairman.
Patinkin currently serves on the board of privately held enterprise software firm Flamingo Group, according to the company.
