Guzman y Gomez (ASX:GYG) said that Co-Chief Executive Hilton Brett will continue in his role while undergoing a kidney transplant later this year, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Brett will occasionally scale back his daily responsibilities to focus on treatment and recovery, with founder and Co-CEO Steven Marks leading the company during his absences, the filing added.
