Frontier Springs Allots Bonus Equity Shares; Shares Down 3%

Frontier Springs (BOM:522195) allotted around 7.9 million bonus equity shares, according to a BSE filing on Monday.
The company allotted two equity shares of 10 Indian rupees apiece for each equity share of 10 rupees held by the eligible shareholders.
Following the allotment of the bonus equity shares, the equity capital has increased to around 118.2 million rupees, comprising around 11.8 million equity shares of 10 rupees each.
The locomotive components manufacturer's shares were down over 3% in recent trade.
