Lightwave Logic (LWLG) reported Monday the availability of its high-speed modulator platform as part of the GDSFactory process design kit, which supports GlobalFoundries' (GFS) silicon photonics manufacturing platform.
Further, GlobalFoundries is optimizing its silicon photonics process flow to support advanced slot waveguide manufacturing in alignment with Lightwave Logic's next-generation device architecture needs, Lightwave said.
