Downer EDI (ASX:DOW, NZE:DOW) repurchased 191,562 ordinary shares on Tuesday for AU$1.4 million in total as part of an on-market buyback, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The company plans to repurchase up to 33.6 million of its ordinary shares, the filing said.
