- Rio Tinto RIO.AX said it is in negotiations with Mongolia over the giant Oyu Tolgoi copper mine, one of the world's biggest deposits of the metal needed to build electric vehicles and data centers.

- Shell SHEL.L agreed to sell Jiffy Lube to Monomoy Capital Partners in a $1.3 billion deal. The sale includes the Jiffy Lube brand, franchisee Premium Velocity Auto and a network of stores owned and operated by independent franchisees, Shell said.

- Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., are backing a new drone company Powerus that is vying to meet fresh demand from the Pentagon and fill a hole left by the administration’s ban on new Chinese drones in the U.S.
