Samsung Electronics Showcases 2026 Odyssey Gaming Monitors at GDC 2026; Shares Jump 8%

Samsung Electronics (KRX:005930) will unveil the glasses-free 3D monitor Odyssey 3D, the 32-inch 6K Odyssey G8, and the dual-mode Odyssey G6 with a 1040Hz refresh rate at the GDC Festival of Gaming 2026 in San Francisco from March 9 to March 13, according to a Tuesday release.

The Odyssey 3D will support the third-person action-adventure game Hell Is Us in three-dimensional mode. Samsung is also promoting its HDR10+ GAMING technology, the release said.

Shares of Samsung Electronics jumped nearly 8% in recent trade.
