Times China (HKG:1233) recorded contracted sales of around 105 million yuan in February, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 8,500 square meters, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The property developer's contracted sales and GFA for the two months ended Feb. 28 stood at roughly 481 million yuan and 37,500 square meters, respectively.
