Advanced Holdings (SGX:BLZ) completed the disposal of its subsidiary, Advanced CAE Saudi Arabia, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The disposal was concluded on March 6, and the subsidiary's legal ownership was transferred, the filing said.
