Powerlong Real Estate (HKG:1238) recorded contracted sales of around 431 million yuan in February, with a sales area of 37,981 square meters, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
For the two months ended Feb. 28, contracted sales and sales area reached a respective 901 million yuan and 80,793 square meters, respectively.
