Frontier Real Estate Investment Secures 2 Billion Yen Loan to Repay Debt

Frontier Real Estate Investment (TYO:8964) has secured a new short-term loan of 2 billion yen from The Bank of Fukuoka, according to its Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
The loan, which carries an interest rate of 1.01682%, is scheduled for drawdown on March 9 and will mature on April 9.
The funds will be used to repay existing short-term borrowing of 2 billion yen, which was drawn on Feb. 9, and matures on March 9.
