CIFI (HKG:0884) recorded contracted sales of around 530 million yuan in February, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 54,200 square meters, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The property firm's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 10,000 yuan per square meter.
For the two months ended Feb. 28, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 1.26 billion and 125,700 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 10,600 yuan per square meter.
