HongKong Land (SGX:H78) booked an attributable profit to shareholders of $1.26 billion in 2025, against an attributable loss of $1.39 billion a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the property developer were marginally up in Friday's late-morning trading.
Profit per share came in at $0.5785 compared with a loss per share of $0.6276 in the year-ago period.
The company declared a final dividend of $0.19 per share for the period, payable on May 13 to shareholders on record as of March 20.
