Guangdong - Hong Kong Greater Bay Area (HKG:1396) proposed changing its name to Greater Bay Area AI Computing Tech, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The board said the proposed change aligns with the group's dual-track strategy covering infrastructure and AI businesses, following its acquisition of Wisdom Knight in October 2025.
The stock code will remain unchanged, and existing share certificates will continue to be valid.
