Quantgroup (HKG:2685) said Chief Technology Officer Zhou Qiang has resigned, effective March 2, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the e-commerce platform operator were up more than 3% in Tuesday morning trade.
The company appointed Tan Feng as Chief Technology Officer and Zhang Yanshen as Chief Operating Officer, both effective March 2.
Tan holds a doctorate in robotics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has experience in artificial intelligence and smart hardware development, the filing said.
Meanwhile, Zhang previously served as vice president and chief operating officer of a group subsidiary.
