** Shares of Bath & Body Works BBWI.N up 5% at $23.27 premarket

** Beats sales and profit estimates on strong demand during the crucial holiday quarter on the back of increased marketing and promotions

** Q4 revenue of $2.72 billion vs est. of $2.62 billion; adjusted EPS of $2.05 vs est. of $1.77

** Forecasts annual net sales to decline in the range of 2.5% to 4.5%, compared with estimates of 1.9% decline

** Stock fell 48% in 2025
