Shangshan Gold International's (HKG:1939) Chairman Huang Shikun resigned, effective Feb. 27, citing his personal commitments, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the auctioneering firm were down nearly 3% in Monday afternoon trading.
The firm, on the same day, named executive Director Tong Jun as its new chair.
