Kore Potash (ASX:KP2) said one of the two parties involved in discussions under a formal sale process has decided to suspend its interest in acquiring the company and is unable to proceed for internal reasons, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company said the party has formally withdrawn from the formal sale process, leaving one remaining participant in discussions, the filing added.
The company's shares were up 3% in recent Monday trade.
