Sen Yue (SGX:5BS) appointed RHT Capital as an independent financial adviser following a voluntary unconditional general offer from Cenvios to acquire the remaining company's shares it doesn't own at SG$0.008 per share.
The adviser will advise directors at the company who are considered independent to make recommendations to shareholders in connection with the offer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
