1207 GMT - The sky presents opportunities as the next frontier of connectivity, Vodafone Group Chief Executive Margherita Della Valle says at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. "This new opportunity is opening just as our communication needs have never been greater." However, space remains a difficult domain in which to work. As geopolitical tensions rise on Earth, governing a borderless sky demands unprecedented coordination across nations. She also notes that technology is moving faster than regulation.
