Digital Realty Trust (DLR) said Monday that it has acquired Telepoint, a Bulgarian data center company.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition includes two data centers in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia and complements Digital Realty's presence in Greece and Croatia, the company said.
