Syntec Technology (TPE:7750) unit Syntec Intelligence Technology is acquiring a right-of-use asset from a related party, Mysyntec Technology, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Shares gained over 4% in Thursday's afternoon trade.
The asset involves a 1,310.5-square-meter leased property in Selangor, Malaysia, with a monthly rent of 65.59 ringgit per ping, totaling 26,000 ringgit per month.
The right-of-use asset is valued at 312,087 ringgit, covering a lease term from March 1, 2026, to Feb. 28, 2027.
