Riverstone's Attributable Profit Drops in Q4; Shares Down 3%

Riverstone's (SGX:AP4) attributable profit to equity holders declined in the fourth quarter of 2025 to 54 million ringgit from 70.0 million ringgit a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the nitrile gloves manufacturer were down over 3% in Thursday trading.
Earnings per share stood at 0.0364 ringgit compared with 0.0473 ringgit in the year-ago period.
Revenue fell to 250.7 million ringgit from 278 million ringgit, mainly due to lower sales.
The board proposed a final dividend of 0.05 ringgit per share for the period and a special interim dividend of 0.04 ringgit per share.
