HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (KRX:009540) secured an order for a liquefied natural gas carrier from an Oceania-based shipping company, according to a Thursday filing with the Korean Exchange.
The deal is valued at 367.8 billion won. The shipbuilder will deliver the vessels by Sept. 29, 2028.
Shares of HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering fell more than 2% in recent trade.
