Iress Posts Higher 2025 Underlying Earnings, Lower Revenue

Iress (ASX:IRE) reported on Wednesday underlying earnings of AU$0.396 per share in 2025, up from AU$0.34 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.36.

Revenue from ordinary activities for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$556.3 million, compared with AU$600.8 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$559 million.

The company expects 2026 revenue to range between AU$520 million and AU$528 million, with underlying profit after tax projected at AU$84 million to AU$90 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect revenue of AU$530.3 million.

The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.13 per share, up from AU$0.10 a year earlier, payable April 8 to shareholders on record as of March 11.
