China Steel Unit to Lease Property from Parent for NT$19 Million

China Steel (TPE:2002) unit SDMS will acquire right-of-use assets covering portions of six land parcels and one building in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, for NT$18.8 million.
The five-year deal was signed with its parent company, CSC, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The leased area totals 4,612.25 square meters, with an annual rent of around NT$3.9 million, the filing said.
