French and Benelux stocks-Factors to watch on Thursday

Feb 26 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

AMG CRITICAL MATERIALS AMG.AS:

Dutch critical materials producer AMG reported Q4 revenue of $446.6 million with adjusted EBITDA of $43 million and full-year adjusted EBITDA of $235 million, while proposing a total 2025 dividend of 0.40 euros per share and expecting 2026 adjusted EBITDA between $210-$240 million.

EIFFAGE FOUG.PA:

French construction and concessions group Eiffage reported full-year revenue of 25.31 billion euros ($29.90 billion) and net profit attributable to the group of 1 billion euros, with a construction order book up to 29.9 billion euros and a proposed dividend of 4.80 euros per share, while forecasting net profit will increase in 2026 thanks to improved operational performance across all business lines.

FNAC DARTY FNAC.PA:

French retailer of entertainment and leisure products, consumer electronics, and domestic appliances Fnac Darty reported full-year revenue of 10.33 billion euros and adjusted net income from continuing operations of 28 million euros, with current EBITDA of 667 million euros and a proposed dividend of 1.00 euro per share, while forecasting an increase in current operating margin and free cash flow from operations in 2026.

NEXITY NEXI.PA:

French real estate development company Nexity reported full-year revenue of 2.74 billion euros with positive free cash flow of 107 million euros and net financial debt at 278 million euros, while forecasting an improvement of operating profitability for 2026 and ongoing reduction in leverage ratio with possible return to level below 3.5x no later than 2027.

RAMSAY GENERALE DE SANTE GDSF.PA:

European leader of private hospitalisation and primary care Ramsay Sante reported half-year group revenue up 3.3% to 2.6 billion euros and consolidated EBITDA stable at 285 million euros with an 11.0% margin, while posting a net loss of 35 million euros.

SAINT-GOBAIN SGOB.PA:

French building materials group Saint-Gobain announced agreements to buy a majority stake in Morteros de Europa in the Dominican Republic and all of Grouttech (Grout Techniek B.V. in the Netherlands and Grout Techniek BV in Belgium), entering the Dominican Republic market and strengthening its presence in the Benelux countries.

VINCI SGEF.PA:

French construction and concessions group Vinci successfully issued 500 million euros of bonds exchangeable for ordinary shares of Groupe ADP due 2031, with a coupon of 0.75% per annum and an exchange price set at 157.9410 euros per ADP share, with proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes.

WORLDLINE WLN.PA:

French payment services provider Worldline reported fourth quarter published revenue of 1.03 billion euros with an organic contraction of 2.2% and full-year adjusted EBITDA of 737 million euros. It forecast low single digit organic revenue growth in 2026, adjusted EBITDA of around 630-650 million euros, and negative free cash flow of 70-80 million euros, with headcount expected to decline by around 30%.
