Property developer Agile Group (HKG:3383) said the Hong Kong High Court adjourned the hearing of a winding-up petition against the firm to March 2, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The petition was filed by Melco (Zhongshan) Business Management over the alleged non-payment of $18.6 million and 2.2 million yuan awarded by a China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission tribunal in December 2025.
