BUZZ-Celsius soars after upbeat quarterly results on energy drink demand

** Shares of energy drink maker Celsius Holding CELH.O rise 16.4% to $58.91 premarket

** Q4 revenue rises 117% to $721.63 million, vs. analysts' expectations of $640.83 million - data compiled by LSEG

** Revenue growth reflects acquisitions of energy drink maker Alani Nu in April 2025, and Rockstar Energy in August 2025, with Alani Nu enjoying increased orders after it moved into the PepsiCo PEP.O distribution system, co says

** Pepsico had increased its stake in CELH to 11% in a $585 million deal last year, as the popularity of energy drinks surged among young U.S. consumers seeking low-calorie, vitamin-infused alternatives to traditional sugar-heavy beverages

** CELH's quarterly adjusted EPS of 26 cents beat expectations of 21 cents, helped by consumer demand and cost-down initiatives

** CELH rose ~74% in 2025
