BUZZ-Integra falls on downbeat first-quarter profit outlook

** Shares of medical equipment maker Integra Lifesciences IART.O fall 5.9% to $10.93

** Co expects Q1 adjusted profit in the range of 37 cents to 45 cents per share, below analysts' estimate of 48 cents per share, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Expects Q1 revenue of $375 million to $390 million, below analysts' estimate of $392.2 million

** "Guidance for the full year looks in line with Street expectations, but with a slower than expected start in 1Q26" - J.P. Morgan analysts

** IART expects FY26 revenue of $1.66 billion and $1.70 billion vs. analysts' estimate of $1.68 billion

** Posts Q4 adjusted profit of 83 cents per share, compared with estimate of 80 cents per share

** IART shares were down over 45% in 2025
