Enerflex (EFXT) said late on Wednesday its preliminary 2026 outlook "reflects steady demand across its business lines and geographic regions" while reporting a swing to a Q4 net loss, and it signed a deal to divest the majority of its operations in the Asia Pacific region.

Shares jumped 16% as intraday trading volume climbed to more than 436,000 from a daily average of about 447,000.

Palvella Therapeutics (PVLA) said late Wednesday it priced an upsized offering of 1.6 million shares at $125 each and granted underwriters an option to purchase up to 240,000 additional shares, targeting gross proceeds of about $200 million.

Shares advanced 13% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 769,000 from a daily average of roughly 292,000.

Novavax (NVAX) shares rose 18% amid heavy trading on Thursday after the company swung to a profit in Q4, with revenue exceeding analysts' expectations.

More than 16.9 million shares of the company traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 4.3 million.
