Top Eminent Healthcare Group (HKG:6877) agreed to acquire Top Eminent II from its associate Top Eminent I, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
The firm will pay HK$100.3 million for the health and wellness e-commerce company with licensed internet-hospital operations.
The acquisition is expected to help strengthen the company's position in digital healthcare.
