The shares, representing 1.59% of CMBC Capital's issued share capital, were acquired between Feb. 23, 2025, and Feb. 23, 2026, for HK$1.52 apiece.
As of Monday, the broker holds 25.8 million, or 2.35%, shares in CMBC Capital.
