Japan Property Management Center Sets Higher Year-End Dividend for 2025

Japan Property Management Center (TYO:3276) has agreed to pay a year-end dividend of 31 yen per share for 2025, higher than the previous year's 27.50 yen payout, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.
The property management firm said the revised final dividend, payable from March 11, brings the total annual dividend to 60 yen per share, compared with 55 yen in the prior fiscal year.
Total dividends for the year amount to 518 million yen, up from 483 million yen in the previous year.
