OR Royalties (OR) said Tuesday it has signed a deal to acquire Terraco Gold from Sailfish Royalty for $168 million in cash.
Sailfish Royalty indirectly owns net smelter return, or NSR, royalty assets, the company said, adding that the NSR royalties are also part of the acquisition.
OR Royalties said it intends to complete the transaction in H1.
Shares of OR Royalties were down 2.1% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
