Regal Partners (ASX:RPL) said that Chief Financial Officer Ian Cameron will step down, with Ilana Stringer set to succeed him as CFO, effective March 27, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Cameron and Stringer, who is currently the head of strategy, will work together over the next month to ensure a smooth transition, the filing added.
The company's shares were up almost 2% in recent Tuesday trade.
