SKS Technologies Group Posts Higher H1 Earnings, Revenue; Shares Hit All-Time High

SKS Technologies Group (ASX:SKS) reported Tuesday fiscal first-half earnings of AU$0.0772 per share, up from AU$0.0516 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.06.

Total revenue and other income for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, were AU$132.9 million, compared with AU$116.5 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$141 million.

The company expects fiscal 2026 revenue of AU$340 million with a 10% profit before tax margin of AU$34 million

The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.035 per share, up from AU$0.01 a year earlier, payable March 20 to shareholders on record as of March 6.

The company's shares were down 4% in recent Tuesday trade but earlier hit an all-time high.
