Vulcan Steel (NZE:VSL, ASX:VSL) reported Tuesday fiscal first-half adjusted earnings of NZ$0.066 per share, down from NZ$0.07 a year earlier.

Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was NZ$535.4 million, compared with NZ$493 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected NZ$509 million.
The board declared an interim dividend of NZ$0.025 per share, unchanged from the prior corresponding period, payable March 26 to shareholders on record as of March 12.
