Brookfield Asset Management's Radiant Merging With AI Infrastructure Firm Ori Industries to Launch Operations

Brookfield Asset Management (BAM) portfolio company Radiant said Tuesday it is merging with AI infrastructure firm Ori Indistries to launch its operations.
Financial details of the merger weren't disclosed.
Radiant is the first compute deployment vehicle and second seed investment for Brookfield's AI Infrastructure Fund, which provides a pipeline to a $100 billion investment program, the company said.
Radiant said it aims to deliver AI compute infrastructure to customers such as governments, global enterprises, and telecommunication providers under long-term contracts.
The company added that it is an Nvidia (NVDA) Cloud Partner and will use the latest Nvidia platforms.
