Domino's Pizza (DPZ) is expected to reaffirm its outlook of about 3% US same-store sales growth for 2026, guide to roughly 1,000 global unit additions, and deliver in-line Q4 earnings, Oppenheimer said in a note Friday.
Investors have turned cautious on pizza demand and health trends, but Domino's still posted solid same store sales and earnings performance in 2025, Oppenheimer said.
Oppenheimer said it sees several drivers for 2026 same store sales, including market share gains, delivery aggregator benefits, and products such as stuffed crust.
The firm raised its 2025 and 2026 EPS estimates to $17.59 and $19.81, respectively, from $17.47 and $19.74 after updating sales and foreign exchange assumptions.
Oppenheimer maintained an outperform rating for the company with a $500 price target.
