Similarweb Shares Hit 52-Week Low After Wider 4Q Loss

Similarweb shares were 31% lower, at $2.71, after the company reported a fourth-quarter loss that was wider than last year.

The stock hit its 52-week low of $2.63 earlier in the session, and is down 73% in the past 12 months.

The data and analytics company said it had a quarterly loss of $7.5 million, or 9 cents a share, compared with a loss of $5.4 million, or 7 cents a share, in the same quarter last year. Analysts polled by FactSet were looking for a loss of $2.5 million, or 3 cents a share.

Revenue for the quarter was $72.8 million, compared with last year's $65.6 million and the $76.4 million that analysts had forecast.

Similarweb said it had a quarterly net retention rate of 98%, compared with last year's 101%. Dollar-based net retention rate for customers with annual recurring revenue of $100,000 or more was 103% in the fourth quarter, compared to 112% in the fourth quarter of 2024.

For the first quarter, the company is expecting revenue of $72 million to $74 million, compared with the $76.4 million analysts are expecting. For 2026, Similarweb is looking for revenue of $305 million to $315 million, while analysts are forecasting revenue of $319.6 million.
