Paycom Software Names Shane Hadlock President

Paycom Software has named its chief client officer, Shane Hadlock, to the additional post of president.

The Oklahoma City provider of cloud-based human-capital-management software on Thursday said Hadlock, 51 years old, will perform the functions of its sole principal operating officer.

Paycom said Chad Richison, who is ceding the president post to Hadlock, will continue to serve as chairman and chief executive.

Hadlock joined Paycom in 2012 and has been the company's chief client officer since October 2024.
