Tianye Water Saving Irrigation Renews Framework Agreements With Controlling Shareholder

Xinjiang Tianye Water Saving Irrigation System (HKG:0840) entered into three continuing connected transaction framework agreements with Xinjiang Tianye (Group) for 2026 to 2028, according to a Feb. 16 Hong Kong bourse filing.

The agreements cover project construction services provided by the group, purchases of PVC resins and other materials, and sales of irrigation-related products.

For project construction services, annual caps are set at 610 million yuan for each of the three years ending Dec. 31, 2028, compared with 510 million yuan under the previous 2023-2025 framework.

Annual caps for both the purchase and sales framework agreements are set at 250 million yuan for each of the three years from 2026 to 2028, unchanged from the prior arrangements.
