FTI Consulting (FCN) has begun a process to sell Pronovias Group, the Spanish wedding dress maker owned by Bain Capital and MV Credit, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing documents.

FTI has been appointed to run a court-mandated sale of Pronovias' global assets and is inviting investors to submit non-binding offers in the coming days, Bloomberg reported, citing a copy of the sales document.

The sale is aimed at maximizing creditor recovery, with a target of completing a deal by the end of March, according to the document, Bloomberg reported.

FTI Consulting, Bain Capital and MV Credit did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
