Virgin Australia (ASX:VGN) appointed Andrew Cleary as Chief Customer Officer, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The airline's Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, Alistair Hartley, resigned, effective April 30, the filing said.
The Strategy and Transformation team will now report directly to the chief executive officer from April 30, the filing added.
