Shares of biosensor company Profusa declined after it announced an equity offering.
The stock opened at $2.76 Friday, remained below Thursday's close of $3.02 throughout the day, with a sharp decline after it said it would offer up to 5.1 million units. It recently traded down 28% to $2.17.
Profusa said the units will each consist of a share or pre-funded warrant, plus two warrants.
On Thursday, the company announced a collaboration with the Mayo Clinic, aiming to accelerate regulatory approval and commercialization of the Lumee oxygen monitoring product.
