Science Applications International (SAIC) said Wednesday that it expects lower fiscal 2026 and 2027 revenue, compared with its previous expectations, mainly due to recent delays in procurement and "unfavorable" customer awards.
The company now expects fiscal 2026 revenue of about $7.26 billion, compared with its guidance of $7.28 billion to $7.33 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $7.29 billion.
For fiscal 2027, Science Applications said it expects $7 billion to $7.20 billion in revenue, compared with previous guidance of $7.35 billion to $7.55 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $7.40 billion.
The company's fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings per share outlook was raised to $10.40 to $10.60, from previous guidance of $9.80 to $10. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $10.
Science Applications also said it expects fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings of $2.30 to $2.50 per diluted share and about $1.75 billion in revenue. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.84 in adjusted EPS on revenue of $1.78 billion.
Shares of Science Applications International were up about 1% in recent premarket activity.
