Viridis Mining and Minerals (ASX:VMM) appointed Ramon Soares as chief financial officer, effective March 11, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Soares will succeed John Tasovac, who will step down following a smooth transition, per the filing.
The company's shares rose 2% in recent Tuesday trade.
